Booking Terms & Policies
We’re here to make your event fun, seamless, and unforgettable. Please review the following terms before booking with Proven Memories
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to your event. Services will not be provided until full payment is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted based on availability.
Setup Requirements
To ensure a smooth experience, the client must provide:
- A minimum 10×10 ft setup space
- Access to a standard power outlet
Our team will arrive 1–2 hours prior to the event for setup.
Overtime
Overtime may be requested during the event and is subject to availability. Additional hourly rates will apply.
Damage & Responsibility
The client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests during the event. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Liability Waiver
By booking our services, you agree that Proven Memories is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the use of our photo booth services. The client assumes full responsibility for guest conduct.
Photo & Media Release
Photos and videos taken during your event may be used for promotional purposes, including social media and website content. If you prefer not to have your event content used, you must notify us in writing prior to your event.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (such as name, email, phone number, and event details) is used solely for booking, communication, and service delivery. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as necessary for payment processing or service operations.
Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event. Refund requests outside this window may be considered at our discretion.
